PISTACHIO BAKLAVA

PISTACHIO ROLL(SARMA)

The pistachio roll is a delightful variation of traditional baklava, presenting a cylindrical shape filled with finely ground pistachios encased in layers of delicate phyllo pastry. This dessert offers a delightful contrast of crisp pastry and creamy nuttiness, complemented by a subtle sweetness from a syrup infusion. SPECIAL SHOBIYET

Shobiyet, a Turkish pastry, beautifully combines layers of flaky phyllo dough with a filling of crushed nuts, typically pistachios blended with sugar and spices.  This dessert presents itself in individual servings, displaying its spiral layers and offering a delightful blend of crispy pastry, and nutty sweetness in every bite.

BURMA KADAYIF

Burma kadayıf, a Turkish dessert, consists of fine strands of kadayıf dough wrapped around a flavorful nut filling. The dough, akin to shredded phyllo, is delicately wrapped around a blend of nuts, usually pistachios or walnuts, sweetened with sugar and spices. These coiled rolls are baked until golden, then soaked in syrup, resulting in a crispy, nutty, and sweet delicacy.
